The Ama-Bhungez is a LP cover designed for the Ijusi Magazine, Issue #27. The LP cover is a remake of the classic Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (often referred to simply as Sgt. Pepper) Released in June 1967, Rolling Stones called it "the most important rock & roll album ever made by the greatest rock & roll group of all time." The original LP sparked a lot of controversy, because of the characters that were selected to be in the in the LP cover. The AmaBhungez's aim was also to spark controversy as it incorporated 'The Good, The Bad & The Ugly of South Africa, ranging from politicians, musicians, activists, historic icons, heroes, and villains.
